National Training Seminar & Taekwondo Displays 26th February 2012
A National Training Seminar will take place on 26th February 2012 at Grangemouth Sports Complex.
This event is open to all BTCB Licenced students and will incorporate Poomsae & Kyorugi training from
The Scottish National Coaches: Master David Bailey & Master Nikos Jakubiak.
There will also be displays of Poomsae, Kyorugi, self defence and destruction from members of the National Squads and Instructors.

Monday 7th, 8-9 pm class, any student attending this class should bring training shoes with them as we will be carrying out a bleep test this night

Please note that on Monday 7th November, in the 8-9pm class we will be holding a bleep test in the club, this session is open to all students and will show fitness levels of each student. We will hold these sessions 3-4 times a year to see if students fitness levels are improving.

Training shoes and Jewellery
From 1st October due to changes in the insurance policy, we can no longer allow students to train in training shoes or similar foot wear. We will only allow proper martial arts style shoes or bare feet. Anyone with foot problems will have to use proper foot wear.
As has always been the case no wearing of jewellery is permitted in class at any time.

New Class Structure
As of the 1st October the second class on a Monday night will be open to all students to attend. In these classes we will be alternating on a weekly basis between sparring classes and technical classes.
Students can attend these classes at no extra charge to their monthly fee's. Our first class will be Monday 3rd October and it will be a sparring class. All students attending should bring full body armour (where possible), some club body protectors are available for student use. These classes will help any student that is intrested in learning more about entering competitions and the level that you should be at to compete.

Taekwondo Display - 6th August, Pollok Park Family Day
The Sokcho clubs will be performing their annual, display at The Pollok Park Family Day, Pollok House Lawns on Saturday 6th August.
The display times are 11.30am and 2.45pm. All students
are requested to attend to take part in the display, no matter your
