Could all student's please refrain from wearing any watches or jewellery to class. If it cannot be removed then it must be taped over, as this is for your own and your partners safety.

Our next club grading in March will be held over two nights, due to time scale. Student's will be told nearer the time which night they have to attend for their grading. All student's should be training hard for this grading.
Olympic sports seminar with George Ramos (2 times Olympic Champion) & Modibo Keita.
Sunday 7th March, Stenhousemuir Sports Centre. (click for more details)
We are looking for student's to attend some competitions this year. All competitions will be advertised on the web site and in the newsletter as they come up. If you are intrested in competing please see your instructors.
All student's will be issued a body armour, that they must bring to class on a Monday night. We have issued them out as we are now short of storage space since moving from Invercraig hall.
These should be returned to the instructors, if a student is leaving our club.

We would like to thank Mr Rankine and his work, Total UK for their kind donation that they have given to the club, to help us with equipment and fees.
Could all parents please make sure that they are at the club ontime to pick up their child, as the school closes exactly on time.
CLASSES START BACK MONDAY 18TH AT ST CONSTANTINES PRIMARY SCHOOL, DRUMOYNE RD, NORMAL CLASS TIMES.
